Completed B.A. LL.B. and LL.M., and is practising before district courts and the High Court. Engagements include criminal matters, civil disputes, arbitration and mediation proceedings, CAT and consumer forum domestic-violence related applications, and related civil-procedural matters.
Primary responsibilities include drafting petitions and legal notes, researching statutory and case-law issues, reviewing documents and evidence, preparing case summaries and briefs, and assisting in hearings and mediation sessions. Work also includes preparation of contractual drafts and collaborative case strategy under senior counsel guidance.
