Areas of engagement include civil litigation, criminal proceedings, banking and financial litigation, real-estate disputes, commercial contract matters, arbitration support, and regulatory compliance assignments.
Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting of pleadings and written submissions, legal research and case-law collation, review of contractual documents, preparation of case bundles, and assistance in arbitration filings and hearings. Work also includes preparation of briefs for hearings, coordination of evidentiary documents, and supporting the chamber on matters involving corporate and institutional processes.
