B.A. LL.B. graduate enrolled with the Bar Council of India and holder of a valid Certificate of Practice, duly authorized to appear before courts and tribunals across India. Currently pursuing LL.M. while actively engaged in legal practice before the District Court, Jammu, and the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
Primary areas of engagement include civil litigation, comprising institution of suits, appeals, interlocutory applications, as well as writ petitions, and criminal matters such as bail applications, trials, and revisions. Engagement also extends to matrimonial and domestic-violence proceedings and matters before Consumer Forums and the State Commission, and in arbitration petitions
Practice areas further include appearances before various statutory and quasi-judicial forums, including the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), depending on the nature of the matter involved.
Substantial involvement is also present in registry and documentation assignments such as drafting and vetting sale deeds, gift deeds, trust deeds, partnership deeds, wills, and documents relating to society registrations, along with the associated statutory filings.
